As one of approximately 300 maxillofacial prosthodontists in the United States, Dr. Goetz brings specialized training from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he completed his Maxillofacial Prosthodontics Fellowship. This advanced training, combined with his experience serving as a civilian maxillofacial prosthodontist for the US Army and VA Medical Hospital, allows our team to treat cases that require comprehensive oral rehabilitation, including head and neck cancer patients and complex reconstructive dentistry.

Dr. Nicholas Goetz completed his undergraduate degree, dental school education, master’s degree, and dental specialty residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville before pursuing his Maxillofacial Prosthodontics Fellowship at UCLA. He served as vice president of the Florida Prosthodontic Association and remains committed to advancing the field through professional involvement and continuing education.
Dr. Kathryn Gavalas Kaleel earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, followed by a two-year general practice residency at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital where she served as Chief Resident. She completed a one-year oral surgery internship at the Oral Surgical Institute in Nashville and was awarded dual fellowships in implant and digital dentistry from the University of Florida Center of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Gavalas Kaleel continues her education through the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, which shapes her approach to comprehensive dentistry.
